Overview

(01)

A four-page site and a tidy local search setup that put Brightwork first for the jobs they actually want.

The brief

Brightwork is a two-van electrical business. Work came from word of mouth and one out-of-date page. Dan wanted more rewiring and lighting jobs and fewer one-socket callouts.

What we built

A short site with a page for each job type, a call button that stays on screen on phones and a form that asks the questions Dan asks first: what, where, when. We rebuilt the Google Business Profile, added service areas and set up a simple way to ask for a review after each job.

Result

Brightwork now sits first on the map for its main search in two postcodes. Calls from the site rose by more than half, and most of them are for the jobs Dan wants.

In their words

(03)

I do not want every job. I want the right ones, and now the calls tell me what they need before I pick up.
