For most local businesses the map listing matters more than the website. It is also the easiest thing to fix.

1. The right main category

Pick the most specific category that describes the work you want. Add secondary ones only if they are true.

2. Real opening hours

Include bank holidays. Wrong hours produce bad reviews faster than bad work.

3. Service areas and photos

List the places you go. Add photos of real jobs, not stock pictures.

4. Reviews, asked for politely

Ask every customer at the end of the job. Send a link. Answer every review in your own voice.

5. Questions and services

Fill in the services list and answer the questions people ask. It is free and it works.
